Refund policy
At Second Stroll, we stand behind what we sell and want you to shop with confidence—our return policy is here to ensure peace of mind, just in case something isn’t quite right.
FOR SECONDHAND ITEMS: 7 DAYS
1. Damaged or discrepancies: If your secondhand item arrives damaged, with missing parts, or differs from the description, we are dedicated to resolving the issue. We kindly ask that you inspect your item upon receipt and notify us of any concerns within 72 hours. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@second-stroll.com within this timeframe. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return, and the item must be received within 7 days to process a refund.
2. Change of mind: If you decide to return a secondhand item due to a change of mind, we understand and are happy to assist. Should an exchange for another great item in our shop not be possible, we will refund your order. To maintain the quality of our gently used items for future customers, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition with no signs of recent use. The item may be returned in person, or shipped back to us. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost in this instance and we do not refund original shipping costs. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to returns not related to damage, missing parts, or discrepancies.
We are not able to process refunds or exchanges for any items marked as 'final sale'.
FOR NEW ITEMS: 30 DAYS
1. Damage or discrepancies: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours, we will refund or exchange the item at no cost to the customer within 30 days of purchase.
2. Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase of a new item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item, provided the item is in its original condition with no signs of recent use. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees or the item may be returned in person. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply to returns not related to damage or incorrect items.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds for items marked as 'final sale' unless the item arrived damaged. If your final sale item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours to initiate the return.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note, it may take up to 36 hours for Second Stroll to initiate the refund, and an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction and post to your account.
